Your driver meets you in arrivals and takes you to the door of your hotel in Chessy, Val d'Europe or the surrounding villages, without stopping anywhere else.

How long is the drive from CDG to Disneyland Paris?

Most of the trip is on the A104 Francilienne, the outer ring motorway that loops around the east of Paris. From the airport it runs south through the suburbs and fields of Seine-et-Marne, then joins the A4 motorway near Marne-la-Vallée for the last few kilometres to the resort exits.

Because the route never enters Paris or the périphérique, it is one of the more predictable drives from CDG. The main slow points are the A104 at weekday rush hours and Friday evenings, when commuters head east out of the city.

Where the hotels are

Disney hotels
Grouped around Lake Disney and Disney Village, within walking distance or a short shuttle ride of the parks. Drivers drop you at the hotel entrance.
Val d'Europe and Serris
A modern town next to the resort with apartment hotels and chain hotels near the shopping centre and the RER station.
Magny-le-Hongre and nearby villages
Partner hotels and holiday residences a few minutes' drive away, often with their own shuttle to the parks.

Arriving with children

Most travellers on this route are families, often after an early flight. Request child seats or booster seats when booking and give the children's ages so the provider can prepare the right ones.

A minivan makes sense as soon as you have a pushchair, several large cases or more than three passengers. Hotel check-in at the resort is usually in the afternoon, so many families leave their bags at reception and walk straight to the parks.

Returning from Disneyland to Charles de Gaulle

For the return, allow the full 62 minutes plus a margin for the A104, and aim to reach CDG two to three hours before departure. In practice that means leaving the hotel around three and a half hours before a European flight and four hours before a long-haul flight, more on a weekday morning.

Frequently asked questions

Does the transfer go through central Paris?

No. The usual route follows the A104 around the eastern suburbs and then the A4, so you avoid Paris city traffic entirely.

Can the driver stop at a supermarket on the way?

The transfer is a direct private ride to your hotel. If you need a stop, mention it when booking so the provider can confirm whether it is possible.

Can you drop us at a partner hotel outside the Disney area?

Yes. Give the hotel name or full address in Serris, Magny-le-Hongre or another nearby village and the driver takes you to its entrance.

How many suitcases fit in a standard car?

A standard car usually takes two large cases and some hand luggage. With a pushchair or more bags, a minivan is the safer choice.

Can we combine Disneyland with a stay in Paris?

Yes. Many families book CDG to Disneyland first and a separate transfer from the resort to their Paris hotel later. Each ride has its own price shown before booking.
