How the HotelTaxi marketplace works

HotelTaxi brings together customers booking through HotelTaxi.com, agencies, hotels, integrated demand channels and independent transportation suppliers. Our aim is to make demand and vehicle availability easier to manage through a transparent digital marketplace while preserving each supplier's own identity, pricing and service standards.

A multi-channel marketplace

Transfer demand may come from HotelTaxi.com, agencies, hotels, integrated partners and our WhatsApp AI channel. Suitable requests are brought together in one platform.

Your prices, 15% commission

You set your own transfer prices. HotelTaxi applies a 15% platform commission only to successfully completed bookings. There is no joining fee, subscription fee or hidden fixed fee.

No obligation to accept

You can review each opportunity and accept only the requests that match your availability, operating area, service standards and commercial expectations.

No guaranteed minimum volume

Booking volume depends on customer demand, your service area, vehicle availability, pricing, service quality and competitiveness. HotelTaxi does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings.

How do guests receive prices on HotelTaxi?

When a guest requests a transfer, offers are delivered through one of two pricing processes.

1

Routes with pre-loaded prices

If suppliers have already entered prices for the requested route, the guest can immediately view the available offers.

Offers are shown with supplier names and are generally listed by price, allowing the guest to compare the options and book with their preferred supplier.

We recommend adding prices for the routes you regularly serve. Pre-loaded prices allow guests to see and book your services instantly.

2

Routes without a pre-loaded price or last-minute requests

If no supplier has entered a price for the route, or the transfer is less than 24 hours away, the request is sent via WhatsApp to all active suppliers operating in that area.

Suppliers can open the link in the message and submit a price through a short form. The offer is delivered to the guest immediately, ready to compare with other offers.

The current best submitted price is also visible in the supplier panel, helping suppliers decide whether to submit or revise their own offer.

Quick responses create an advantage. Guests may make their decision shortly after receiving the first suitable offers, so responding promptly can significantly improve your chance of being selected.

Payments

Wise or credit card: payment can be processed without a minimum threshold on the day following completion of the transfer service.

Weekly bank transfer: completed bookings are consolidated into the weekly payment cycle once the payable balance reaches a minimum of EUR 250.

Currency: all payments are processed in euros. Any currency conversion is handled by the supplier's bank, Wise account or card provider according to its applicable exchange rates and conditions.

Your supplier panel provides visibility into the transfer value, commission deducted, net earnings, collection status and payable balance.

Assignment and confirmation

Before accepting a request, you can review the pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, vehicle requirements and any special service requirements.

The price and service conditions are confirmed before a booking is assigned. Account activation alone does not oblige you to accept a particular transfer.

Operating airports and wider service areas can be recorded in your profile. Long-distance availability may also be considered according to the route and expected earnings.

Policies and legal requirements

Suppliers retain control of their service policies while remaining responsible for meeting the legal requirements of every country in which they operate.

Your cancellation policy

You may define your own cancellation policy and enter it into the supplier system for your services.

Passenger no-show

If the passenger does not show up for the confirmed service, the full agreed transfer amount will be paid to you.

Local licences and vehicles

Driver licences, permits and vehicle categories must comply with the laws of the country where you provide services. You can manage your vehicle models, types and service categories in the supplier system.

Your supplier management panel

Approved suppliers receive secure access to a dedicated panel for managing opportunities and operations digitally.

Requests and quotes

Review routes, dates, times, passenger counts and vehicle requirements, then submit or update your price.

Reservations

Track assigned and confirmed jobs in an operational view ordered by transfer date and time.

Accounting

Monitor completed transfers, platform commission, payment status, net earnings and payable balance.

Pricing and operating areas

Define standard route pricing, polygon-based coverage and the airports where you operate.

Fleet management

Register vehicle types and individual vehicles, and keep capacity and availability information current.

Extra services and offer tags

Price services such as child seats or meet-and-greet and add relevant service badges to offers.

Team users

Create separate panel users for authorised members of your operations team.

Flight information

Where flight data is available, use flight details and tracking information to support airport operations.

Your service identity is respected

HotelTaxi.com is the booking platform name; it does not mean every provider is presented as a taxi company. A supplier may be positioned according to its real category, such as Luxury Limousine Service, Professional Chauffeur Service or Executive Transfer Service. Company branding, vehicle categories and service standards can clearly communicate the premium nature of the operation, and customers can see the relevant vehicle and service level before booking.
