HotelTaxi is a booking platform for airport and private transfers. We connect travellers with independent, licensed local transfer companies and keep booking, payment, communication and support in one place.
Booking on WhatsApp
Most travellers book with us in a WhatsApp chat. Our assistant reads the route, date and number of passengers, collects offers from providers who serve that route and books the one the traveller chooses. If a request needs a person, our support team takes over the same conversation.
On a computer, the same offers are available through the online booking form.
How pricing works
Where providers have published prices for a route, travellers can compare vehicles and prices immediately. Where a current price is needed, HotelTaxi sends the request to eligible local providers and presents their offers. The total price is shown before the booking is confirmed.
Our role
HotelTaxi does not run its own fleet. The journey is carried out by the independent provider selected for the booking, and the transport contract is made with that provider. HotelTaxi handles the booking, payment and customer support. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
