Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) is the largest and busiest airport in Spain. Located northeast of central Madrid and operated by ENAIRE. Madrid International Airport is spread over an area of 4,000 hectares and resides at an elevation of 610 m above mean sea level. Madrid Airport has 4 Terminals. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 have six boarding areas: A, B, C, D, E and F. Terminal 4 has two parts, T4 and T4S, connected through an automatic underground train.There are 400 check-in counters, 80 self service kiosk, 228 boarding Gates, 50 baggage carousels , 121 Boarding Bridges, 355 aircraft parking stands, 25.000 car parking space and four runways 3,500m (2), 4,179m , 3,988 m long.
