Booking and payment?

Bookings must be done online at the hoteltaxi.com website. Full payment is required no later than 24 hours before the time of the beginning of transfer. If the payment hasn’t completed until 24 hours before the time of beginning of transfer we have the right to cancel booking.

What is the minimum time to book a transfer?

Online bookings are accepted, at least, 16 hours before the transfer. If less than 16 hours are left, please, contact our support team, we will try to confirm.

How do you count children and infants?

All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

What is cancellation policy?

All orders cancelled no later than 24 hours before the time of the beginning of transfer will have no penalty. Transfers cancelled between 12 – 24 hours to transfer will be fined with %50 penalty. Transfers cancelled less than 12 hours to transfer time will %100 no show.

What is amendment policy?

Any changes (such as transfer date and time, destination, etc.) must be made no later than 24 hours before the transfer starts. Transfers change in less than 24 hours to transfer time might have the same rules in cancelation policy according to the type of change and effect to the operation of vehicle. If the amendment leads to an increased cost, this must be paid at the time of the request.

I can’t find my route. What should I do?

If there are no ready transfers for your route, please contact our support team, we will try to make ready this route as soon as possible .

What happen if flight delays?

Our operation department monitor the flights. In case of flight delay, we inform drivers and they be ready at the landing time.

How much time drivers wait after landing?

After landing customer has 30 minutes for luggage collection. If after 30 minutes customer is not at the meeting point, he is supposed to contact the driver. Driver is obligated to wait for maximum 60 minutes. Waiting longer than 60 minutes will be considered as an additional cost for the driver, which will be charged on the spot.

How does driver meet client?

Driver is supposed to wait for the customer at meeting point, with a board with customer’s name on it. If the customer is not able to find a driver at the agreed spot, the customer must contact our call center emergency phone number provided in the booking confirmation or driver directly.
